We lease houses from property owners for an initial period of 3-5 years.
Available accommodation is transformed into modern, fully-furnished housing for disadvantaged people with support needs. We also work with developers to adapt existing properties into multiple, self-contained units within communal spaces.

the same as a normal
tenancy, NSH will be the
tenant paying the rent
directly to the landlord

require light refurbishment, we
can assist with any refurbishment
both major and minor works
with our in house building and
maintenance team.

– Through our maintenance
and building department.

– Not always as not all
boroughs make it mandatory
to have HMO license for
supported living. Where a
HMO license is required our
in house admin and legal
team can assist with this to
get the necessary paperwork
and application submitted.

– Yes we do and can also
assist with any bespoke
requests where needed.

– Planning is not always
required and will depend
on the borough and work
that is required to be
done to the property.
Where there is planning
permission required our in house legal and planning team can assist with the necessary applications.
